Broken Cell Phone? Liquid damaged? Cracked LCD?

How much do you charge?
First of all, you pay only $22.50 (non-refundable full inspection fees) for detailed description of the fault so we can give you an exact repair cost, with your consent to go ahead with the repair, we will do it quickly for you. Upon payment, we even deduct the $22.50 from the final repair bill.

How to pay us?
Please pay us via online banking (with New Zealand) or direct cash deposit to our Westpac Bank Account. Please use your job reference number as your deposit reference/proof. You then email us at info@omnitech.co.nz to advice your payment status. Interbank online payment may take 2-3 days to show up in our account.

How to pack your phone before sending it to us?

Take out your simcard and keep it safe, as this is not needed to repair your phone.Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off. -Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar. Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your addressed Courier Post (signature-required) bag. We strongly recommend you ship your phone via siganture-required courier shipping only to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely. Your phone is good as lost if you ship by parcel post or non-registered/insured courier shipping, so; do be advice.
