Customer will be charged only $22.50 for inspection fee on his mobile phone and he will be adviced the extend of the fault and estimated cost of repair before we go ahead with the repair job. Some repair centres charge $75 just to "look at" your faulty mobile phone and tell you verbally that your phone is not covered by warranty (your words agains them!). Worse of all, if you do not pay the $75 "evaluation fee" (even your phone was not inspected!); you can't get your phone back! Some consumer get slapped with a huge repair bill (e.g. $175 repair bill for a phone cost $300 to $400)
